Grand Final 2024-25

7 Jul 2025

On Monday 7th July 2025, the best 15 young speakers from across London and Essex came together at the Cambridge Theatre, London to share their stories.  They were selected by a panel of judges at the semi final in May 2025 and shared their stories on a stage in front of nearly 1,000 guests!

Adam Ravat from St Ignatius College in Enfield was crowned Grand Champion with his speech ‘My Weekend’; Runner Up was Precious Adepoju from Woolwich Polytechnic School for Girls with a very personal yet informative speech about sickle cell; Noah Gilbert from The Richard Challoner School came third with his speech ‘The Core of it All’ and fourth place went to Fereshta Najib from Grey Court School in Richmond urging the audience to fight for the rights of Afghan girls.  Well done to all 15 students who took part….such an incredible achievement!
